The Resilient Activist:
Essential Life Skills for the Environmental and Social Justice Visionary
Being Onto Something is in the early stages of developing a new program just for social justice and environmental activists to promote their personal sustainability and well-being.
The more in balance and the healthier that activists are, the more effective they will be within the scope of their work.
This survey will be open until November 30, 2017. At the end of the survey period, you will be sent a link by email for a guided audio exercise to help you re-connect to your deep love of the natural world and an invitation to join “The Resilient Activist” private Facebook page – just our way of saying thanks for taking the time to complete this survey.
The results of the survey will give insight into ways that the stress-management and health-boosting tools of meditation, yoga and yoga nidra (yoga sleep), as well as The NatureProcess can be melded to help prevent and alleviate burnout, depression, frustration, and grief for those who work, often tirelessly, to improve the lives of others and to support and nurture our planet.
